Grinding & Polishing Machine TP 2500 - 2

The basic machine

Non-vibrating steel construction with a comfortable working height of 900 mm.

The working table with a dimension of 3300 x 500 mm does a maximum stroke of 2500 mm. The stroke can be preselected by changing the tripping segment.

The feed of the grinding table is done electromechanically by a toothbelt with an AC-motor guided by linear bearing. The speed of the feed rate can be stepless controlled in a forward and backward movement.

The workpiece clamping can be achieved mechanically, magneticly or pneumaticly (vaccum).

The working-unit

The machine below is equipped with grinding and polishing units type PES III N. The sufficient dimensioned polishing spindle is driven by 11 kW 3-phase motor and enables revolution speeds of 900 - 1800 rpm, by using appropriate pulleys.

With adequate motor output you can use polishing wheels with a max. diameter of 450 mm and a width of 300 mm in right- and left-hand rotation.

For the flexible pressure and lifting, the unit is equipped with a compressed air cylinder. Additionally can be adjusted the hight-, round-, angular- and crosswise direction.

The oscillation is pneumatically and enables a stroke of 5-100 mm with a stepless adjustment of its frequency.
