Grindingmachine, Polishingmachine HR 4 - the allround machine for smaller dimensions

Grinding- and polishing automat with 4 working spindels. One spindle is for the loading an unloading and two spindles are for working and continuously in use. The rpm speed of the working spindles can be regulated invariantly by a frequency converter.
The indexing of the table is started by time delay relais and is constantly at 1 second, these permits a maximum output of 1.200 parts / hour. The part circle diameter allows a maximum part diameter of 200 mm.   

The working units Typ RA, are equipped with heavy duty polishing spindle for carrying polishing mops up to Ø 400 mm and 120 mm width. Diameter of spindle end 35 mm.

The polishing spindle runs in ball bearings and is driven by a 5,5 kW Three-phase motor with a speed of 2850 rpm. Torque to the polishing spindle is transmitted by v-belt. This speed can be adjusted according to requirements by interchanging V-belt pulleys. The universal design of the unit allows adjustment of the polishing spindle to the best possible position relative to the workpiece.

The unit is also equipped with height adjustment to the spindle centre, together with cross adjustment towards the workpiece.
